When you use Turnkey to set up the Android SDK, it will automate most of the setup steps, including downloading the required version of Android Studio and running additional setup steps and scripts. While you still need to run through the installation wizard manually, this reduces many possibilities for error. Manual SDK setup is still available, but this process is recommended.
Projects shipping through the Google Play Store will benefit from this, as it provides a better on-the-fly APK compression when users download your app. However, this is not guaranteed to be the case on other app stores. Unreal Engine enforces APK compression by default. If you want to disable it, you can do so with the following config variable:
This article assumes you have intermediate or better programming skill with a C-family language but doesn't assume you know anything about Python, PyTorch, or neural networks. The complete demo code is presented in this article. The source code is also available in the download that accompanies this article. All normal error checking has been removed to keep the main ideas as clear as possible.
You can double-click on the self-extracting file to run the installer over the internet, or you can right-click on the link, download the .exe file to your local machine, and then execute the installer locally.
In the world of Python programming .whl files tend to move around and they can sometimes be a bit difficult to find. Open a Web browser and do an internet search for "pytorch 1.5 .whl cpu windows." There are two places you are likely to find the PyTorch 1.5 CPU .whl file -- at pytorch.org and at pypi.org. At the time I wrote this article I found the .whl file at download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu/torch_stable.html. The file is named torch-1.5.0%2Bcpu-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl. The "cp37" part of the file name tells you the file is PyTorch for Python 3.7 and the "amd64" tells you the file is for a 64-bit Windows machine. The unfortunate "%2B" is the "+" character.
I recommend downloading the .whl file to your local machine. I save all my Python .whl files in a directory named C:\PyTorch\Wheels\ but you can save the PyTorch .whl file in any convenient directory. After you've downloaded the .whl file to your machine, open a command shell and navigate to the directory holding the file. Then enter the command:

I bought a Thermaltake Water 3.0 Extreme cooler yesterday, and I am very pleased with it so far, but I have a question. The Fan Control Software that came with it was version 1.0 so I looked online and found and downloaded version 1.6. Now here is my question, the software tells me the firmware is version 0.4.0.0 now after looking at the program folder there is a sub folder called Firmware and the version in there is Firmware_v06.HEX, how do I update the cooler to that newer firmware version?
Well, I have another issue............I was able to download the fan control software from Thermaltake's site after few tries (404 errors) and it installed fine. I also d/loaded Open Hardware Monitor .6 beta and installed it, but still no cpu temps in the fan control software. Any new clues on this? AIDA 64, Core Temp, and CPUID CPU-Z all show cpu temps, but neither Open Hardware Monitor nor Fan Control Software do.
If your using the 1.6 Fan Control Software, replace the Open Hardware Monitor 0.6.0 Beta with the older 0.5.1 Beta. Just download the 0.5.1 Beta and unzip, then copy all files and paste back in to C:\Program Files (x86)\Thermaltake\Fan Control Software\OpenHardwareMonitor

Thanks to Michael Dusan for getting QEMU building statically into a nice tarball that the CI server can download, extract, and run. This allows us to use a newer QEMU version than available in the Ubuntu repositories, on which SIMD tests pass.
